DIY tips for preparing your home for sale
Declutter
- remove all clutter from every room and don’t forget the cupboards
- reduce your personal belongings to a minimum such as photographs, personal care products, medications on benchtops, etc…
- toys, its the perfect time to cull and start packing them away for the move and the rest is neatly tucked away out of sight

Clean
- the easiest to way lift your space it to give it a thorough clean including walls, windows, and screens, window treatments, light fittings & ceiling fans, floors, deep cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms (don’t forget the inside the cupboards), remove cobwebs, artwork and mirrors, vents

- freshen up pet and cooking odours
Prepare
- if cleaning the walls doesn’t cut it, you may need to consider patching and painting for a fresh finish
- when your carpets are beyond repair, spending to replace them with an affordable neutral choice

Street Appeal
