Here we are taking a peek into a Kingscliff Property we recently styled for sale for agent Leanne Morris of LS Properties.

Designer, Kristy Peard was on point for this particular property staging installation. We can confidentially say that she has ticked all of the boxes when it came to styling this home for sale, and the below testimonial from the agent confirms it:

“If you are looking for top styling advice, help with a full furniture package for selling your home or even just pieces to fill in any gaps you may have then I can’t recommend Bec and the Tailored Space Team highly enough. They are amazingly talented and passionate about what they do on the styling side and are also incredibly organised at the back end making for an extremely hassle-free experience. The team are extremely friendly and a delight to work with!”

With modern open plan living, grey tiled flooring and crisp white walls, this gorgeous Kingscliff home was the perfect canvas for a coastal styled interior.

The existing colour palette of the home was light, fresh and neutral, with grey and black features allowing us to add our desired pops of colour to suit the homes coastal location.

Featuring a generous open plan living area, an outdoor alfresco courtyard as well as 4 bedrooms including a huge ensuite + walk-in robe attached to the master, we knew this home would appeal to both families and savvy investors. Keeping this in mind we created a furniture hire package that showcased the unique selling points of each space.

Our Property Styling Strategy

When furnishing each area of the home, we wanted to complement the existing ‘beach house’ feel with a furniture hire package that represented a low maintenance, relaxed coastal lifestyle.

Keeping in line with the existing colours of the property, we styled the home with a palette of fresh white, black and pale grey tones and introduced shades of blue to bring the seaside feel into the interior. These colours were used throughout each area of the property, from the living and dining areas through to the master bedroom and bathrooms – creating a beautiful “flow” throughout the home.

Furniture selections were kept contemporary but comfortable, with linen look sofas, timber coffee tables, black dining chairs and statement artworks. To really enhance the beach house appeal for our target market, we included plenty of coastal textiles like cushions, floor rugs and throw rugs to make the space feel warm and cosy, along with natural materials like jute and rattan. This helped to create a homely and inviting feel – two very important factors for potential buyers, allowing them to form a strong emotional connection with the property.

Our property styling services have been designed to maximise the value of each home, leading to quick and profitable sales.
